Poorly speaking english customer service people.

So, my phone is having issues as i said in my post yesterday, and i called customer service. I've called them three times and not a single one of the people i have gotten speak good English. The lady today was by far the worst. She got my phone number wrong, and spent thirty minutes working with that number... Not kidding. So finally, i told her to check my number, and she was like, "oh, i'm sorry ma'am." So after a literal hour phone conversation, i'm finally getting a replacement phone in a few days. I might go crazy if i have to go without texting for very much longer. Also, the people that work there apparently sit two feet apart because you can hear the three different languages being spoke around them, it is ridiculous. I felt a rant was much needed for this.
Tonight we're having my Aunt Maryann's birthday party tonight, i should have pictures, and post tonight or tomorrow. :)
